Why BudgetComputers was created
BudgetComputers was created by Conroy D. Bonnick on May 18, 2020. Conroy had been involved in affiliate marketing before then, but wanted to do more than publish isolated product links. Creating a community offered a more structured way to explain choices, compare value and help each BudgetProtector spend with greater confidence.
What being a BudgetProtector means
A BudgetProtector is not simply someone searching for the lowest price. It is someone who wants the right performance, reliability and features for a realistic budget—and who understands that a cheap product is not good value when it fails the actual need.

To provide straightforward, research-led guidance on computers, monitors, laptops and upgrades, with clear trade-offs, realistic use cases and disciplined attention to price.
How we work
BudgetComputers prioritises official specifications, compatibility, credible supporting sources, current pricing and sensible alternatives. When a recommendation is based on research rather than hands-on testing, we say so clearly.
